I firmly believe that each child has some skill (or skill combination) in which he is good (need not be already excellent). To create a good career, you have to find that skill and work on it with focus. If you are able to do that, you would be able to create a space for yourself.
Some ‘Career options for students who are Average Scorers’ are listed below. To make a successful career in any of these fields the marks scored in boards do not matter much. I have tried to cover as many Career Options as possible, but looking at the ever evolving world no such list could be comprehensive enough.
1. Fashion and Lifestyle
Fashion used to be meant for only handful of elite people some time back. But today it has transcended in life of all of us. Just look around you the fashion quotient of people around you specially people under 30 has increased by leaps and bounds. That has created some super exciting opportunities for people who have a taste of fashion and some skills for design. Today fashion design covers entire look, from headgear to clothes to footwear. 2. Animation
Which form of media do you consume most? Is it print, audio or video? The unprecedented surge in consumption of Video media and the rising dominance of internet & technology, career in animation has come out to be one of the most rewarding careers in the present day.
